ZenGuard Frequently Asked Questions

My device falls off at night...

This is caused by too little suction. To increase suction, use your thumb and forefinger to press down on the bulb. Make sure the tip of  your tongue hits the back of bulb before you release your finger and thumb. You may need to try this a few times before you find the right suction for you. The more you use it, the easier it will be for it to stay on at night.
